Potential Development Sites
Taken from the Columbus side of the Chattahoochee, these photos show the wonderful Riverwalk developed on the Phenix City side of the river. Also demonstrated is the lack of commercial, retail, or residential housing that could take advantage of the Riverfront views of the Chattahoochee River and the future Whitewater activities. Whitewater activities include at least four “take-out” points on the Phenix City side of the river allowing Phenix City to take hold of this economic opportunity.
